Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of print marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, ads, and promotional pieces
Work with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure materials are accurate, high quality, and delivered on time
Manage marketing timelines, approvals, and project schedules to keep work organized
Support trade shows, homesteader events, and in-person promotions, including coordinating materials and logistics and traveling as needed
Review materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with NewLight's messaging and values
Communicate with internal teams to gather information, share updates, and support ongoing marketing needs
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in communications, print production, graphic design, publishing, advertising
Trade Show experience
Preferred
Associates or Bachelor's degree
