Partner closely with the Senior Creative Director to align on campaign vision and strategic goals
Lead the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring campaigns meet production standards and client expectations
Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and various teams to produce customer-centric solutions
Craft and oversee diverse copy and messaging across multiple platforms
Engage with clients and stakeholders, presenting innovative creative ideas and fostering strong relationships
Maintain creative excellence across concurrent projects, adhering to tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Strong strategic thinking and exceptional copywriting capabilities
Experience in leading video content creation with a keen visual awareness
Proficiency in managing complex team environments and delivering under pressure
Ability to maintain high standards and ensure alignment with campaign briefs
Preferred
Experience in entertainment and co-branded marketing spaces
Adaptability and self-reliance in fast-paced settings
