Responsibilities
Vacuums and cleans out the reflecting pool, pool troughs, and sump pits. Cleans light fixtures, exterior furniture, and masonry as needed
Sets up and secures outside furniture
Maintains and waters exterior planters
Inspects light fixtures and replaces lamps as necessary
Delivers water bottles, handles confidential trash, moves office furniture, lifts and moves materials, picks up and delivers material and/or people within the site and away from the site
Prepares rooms and sets up furniture for meetings and events. Completes minor carpentry requests and repairs associated with furniture, office workstations, and wall displays
Uses site vehicles (pickup truck, utility carts) both on and off the site property
You provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building/property maintenance
Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry/construction projects
Ability to quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety
Strong work ethic and positive, customer-centric approach
Ability to respond to emergency requests
Ability to conduct regular inspections
Ability to use site vehicles (pickup truck, utility carts) both on and off the site property
Ability to provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in all aspects of site operation and maintenance
Preferred
Carpentry experience
