Implementation & Customer Solutions Specialist
SimpleVMS, a division of Avionte, is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementation, enablement, and ongoing solutions support for their cloud-based VMS platform. The role involves managing the customer lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring exceptional customer experiences throughout.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for new clients and vendors
Communicate directly with client and vendor representatives at all levels of leadership
Facilitate and implement all phases of the client/vendor onboarding process
Create new client and vendor account buildouts within the system
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation
Conduct remote and onsite training sessions on system functionality and best practices
Test, create tutorials and documentation on new features and customizations
Identify opportunities for new training materials, processes, and resources
Maintain and suggest best practices for client/vendor onboarding and enablement
Work closely with customers to support ongoing use of the software via phone and email
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance
Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal departments on feature requests and process improvements
Conduct testing and provide feedback on new software customizations, products, and features to the development team
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the partnership lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Strong project management and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver on commitments
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people across all organizational levels
Local candidates only - this is NOT a remote/telecommute position
Travel up to 25% for onsite trainings and implementations

Staffing/recruiting industry experience
SaaS technical support experience
IT help desk background
Experience with VMS or workforce management systems
