Perform basic maintenance, repairs, and component replacements
Diagnose and resolve issues using error logs and provided information
Manage parts inventory and maintain accurate service records
Provide timely updates on repair status and ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines
Follow all safety and security protocols within financial institutions
Complete required technical training and certifications
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent; 0–1 year related experience
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (Android/iPhone) for receiving work orders and documentation access
Basic mechanical/electrical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently with high integrity
Basic hand tools (e.g., #1/#2 flathead & Phillips screwdrivers)
Preferred
Associate degree
Prior experience with ATM or similar electro‑mechanical equipment
