Responsibilities
You will lead the creation and design for our UI/UX design system
You will create interaction flows, prototype, low/high fidelity designs
You will work closely with our UX Researches to incorporate market analysis, user feedback, and usability testing finding in your designs
You will incorporate Accessibility and Localization in all design concepts
You will coach, empower, and consult your scrum team members in user-centered design thinking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's / Master's studies in the field of design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field of studies
Work experience that includes both B2B and B2C software
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, service designer or similar role
Led and implemented UI/UX Design Systems
Demonstrated UX design expertise across multiple channels and international markets
