Responsibilities

Perform various clerical duties, scanning and data entry as required with a high degree of accuracy
Use PC to enter and retrieve data required to perform assigned duties
Work under direct supervision of Unit Manager with some independent action and judgment required
Other duties as required by the department

Qualification

Data entryTyping (30 wpm)Office equipment operationSoftware proficiencyUnderstanding instructions

Required

Minimum typing requirement of 30 wpm
Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent thereof
Ability to operate standard office equipment as well as various software packages required by the department
Ability to understand and apply a variety of oral and written instructions
