Responsibilities
Kick off by reviewing blueprints and customer drawings, confirming specs and tolerances
Set up and program CNC lathe and/or milling machines for production runs
Load raw materials, run first articles, and monitor machining processes for consistency
Perform in-process checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; make offsets as needed
Unload, inspect, deburr, and wash finished parts to meet quality standards
Keep the work area organized and production-ready throughout the shift
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience on CNC lathes and/or mills
Fluency in reading and interpreting blueprints and customer drawings
Strong use of precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, and gauges
