Responsibilities
Create technical content including blog posts, tutorials, demos, and videos that showcase CrewAI's capabilities
Speak at conferences, webinars, and community events to represent CrewAI and educate the ecosystem
Engage with developers across platforms (GitHub, Discord, Twitter, forums) to support, inspire, and grow the community
Work closely with product and engineering to surface developer feedback and inform roadmap decisions
Build sample projects, integrations, and tools to help developers get started quickly with CrewAI
Partner with marketing and GTM teams on awareness campaigns and launch support
Help scale CrewAI's open-source presence through collaboration with contributors and ecosystem partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software development, developer advocacy, or technical community engagement
Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with LLMs, AI frameworks, or agent tools
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts through content, talks, or workshops
Active presence in developer communities and experience engaging open-source audiences
Self-starter with a passion for teaching, storytelling, and community building
Preferred
Experience contributing to or managing open-source projects is a plus
