Responsibilities

Demonstrating foundation knowledge of programming languages and tools

Assisting with the development and maintenance of internal applications and scripts

Writing clean, readable, and well documented code for assigned tasks and projects that meet requirements

Identifying and fixing simple bugs and writing basic unit tests

Collecting details from users and logs to understand and define the issue, thoroughly testing solutions before implementing changes

Participating in code reviews, training sessions, and team meetings

Effectively organizing and documenting technical and project-related information to support code quality, team alignment, and knowledge sharing

Organizing work, following through on commitments, and meeting deadlines

Actively pursuing development opportunities, including attending conferences, acquiring certifications, completing learning courses in-house or other relevant platforms, engaging in both internal and external leadership programs
