Responsibilities
Develop and execute the data management strategy in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
Lead data management programs to ensure data integrity, consistency, and quality across systems and business units
Oversee delivery of innovative data management solutions for customers across Enterprise
Manage a multi-functional team of data professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative culture
Collaborate with analytics, clinical informatics, data platforms, business intelligence, and AI/ML teams to enable advanced analytics and insights for improved patient care, operational efficiency, and business outcomes
Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) and internal security policies
Champion data modernization and adoption of emerging data technologies, including AI initiatives
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the Data Management function
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure data quality, availability, security, and team performance
Engage with stakeholders to identify data needs and prioritize strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
12+ years of progressive experience in data management, data architecture, or data solutions delivery
Preferred
Master's degree
