Responsibilities

Align BI&A initiatives with organizational priorities supporting growth and productivity through quarterly planning sessions to establish a roadmap for deliverables
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership and Agile teams, translating strategic goals into actionable, prioritized backlogs
Manage various agile teams to create Manage dependencies transparency and prevent bottlenecks
Support the Director, Supply Chain Intelligence, in creation and communication of vision and strategy
Drive exploration and experimentation
Coach and mentor team members
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations
Identify and incubate best-in-class internal talent and supplement with external partners to support functions and drive delivery on strategic projects
Create individual development plans and actively support skill growth
Provide status updates, identify barriers to execution and risks

Required

Bachelor's degree is required
Ability to influence the business agenda and make recommendations to senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational initiative

In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes
People leadership and mentorship
Agile Methodologies
Power BI, Tableau,etc
Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, ADO, etc
