Responsibilities

Expedite the delivery of operational metrics, reporting, and experiment readouts

Enhance fraud detection efficiency, review processes, and enforcement visibility

Provide immediate execution bandwidth for high-priority fraud and abuse operations analytics

Foster collaborative efforts with the Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to convert findings into actionable initiatives

Define and maintain metric governance and create and visualize dashboards to track the success of projects and health of workstreams

Qualification

SQLBI ToolsStatistical ModelingDashboarding

Required

Advanced proficiency in SQL and developing queries

Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau for report and dashboard development

Solid foundation in forecasting techniques, experimentation, and understanding of causation and correlation in statistical models

Minimum of 5 years in operations data analysis, particularly within high throughput organizations

Experience in analytics for Operations or Customer Support teams is strongly preferred
