Responsibilities

Led IT program execution for M&A integrations across enterprise domains including Go-To-Market, Customer Support/Success, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Finance, HR, and Legal
Owned end-to-end integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management across pre-close readiness, Day 1 execution, and post-close integration phases
Drove integration readiness within assigned domains, ensuring Day 1 system access, data availability, reporting continuity, and uninterrupted business-critical workflows
Translated integration strategy and business requirements into executable IT scope, sequencing, and delivery plans aligned to aggressive deal timelines
Coordinated complex cross-functional dependencies across IT, business teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Ensured business continuity while leading system migrations, data integrations, platform consolidations, and target-state transitions
Provided clear, execution-focused status reporting, risk visibility, and proactive escalations to executive and steering committee stakeholders
Served as the single point of accountability for issue resolution and delivery outcomes across assigned M&A workstreams
