Responsibilities

Oversee corporate accounting areas including Information Technology, Payroll, Benefits, and other functions
Prepare and review journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
Lead variance analysis and communicate financial performance drivers
Ensure strict compliance with SOX and internal controls
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits
Prepare and review assigned sections of SEC filings
Manage and develop two corporate accounting team members

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience

Leadership or staff management experience

Experience in a public company environment
Background in audit or technical accounting
High attention to detail
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Commitment to integrity and strong internal controls
