Responsibilities
Own and improve accounting operations across multiple companies
Lead accurate, timely financial reporting and close processes
Build scalable financial processes and internal controls
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Partner with operations leaders to influence decision-making
Support cash flow planning and company-wide financial strategy
Develop and mentor accounting team members
Collaborate directly with ownership and executive leadership
Gradually assume enterprise-level financial leadership responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
CPA strongly preferred
7+ years progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior leadership experience
Multi-entity or construction / project-based accounting experience strongly valued
Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
Track record of improving systems, processes, or reporting infrastructure
Ability to lead teams while staying hands-on
