Responsibilities
Provide outpatient therapy (in-person and some telehealth)
Carry a small caseload (5–10 sessions/week, based on referrals)
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and crisis/safety planning
Supervise and support non-licensed therapists
Lead outpatient program development initiatives
Assist with insurance credentialing
Collaborate with schools, hospitals, and community partners
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
PA-licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field
3+ years of clinical experience (children/adolescents outpatient required)
Trauma-informed background required (EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, or DNMS a plus)
Act 33/34 & FBI Clearances
Valid PA driver's license and insurance
Flexible schedule availability
