Responsibilities
Work with other project managers across the organizations to align reporting on progress and risks
Schedule and facilitate meetings, including taking notes
Be hands-on in program requirements, providing guidance across teams on processes, including creation of templates for program status and reviews, and best practices
Build relationships to achieve results
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Engineering Project Management delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle
Bachelor's degree required in Technical Writing/Communication, Professional Writing, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience
Expert in Confluence, Keynote, Numbers, and other productivity tools for creating, managing, and effectively communicating across programs and teams
Enjoy communications challenges and have the ability to work with various teams, building and managing relationships to navigate reporting requirements
Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions
Self starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience
Refined and precise written and verbal communication
You are someone who appreciates and enjoys tackling the challenges associated with creating broad, effective communication to diverse audiences
