Responsibilities
Assist with BIM model coordination activities using industry-standard BIM software and collaboration platforms
Support clash detection workflows and actively participate in coordination meetings
Review models for compliance with project standards, naming conventions, and file structure requirements
Organize and manage model files within the Common Data Environment (CDE)
Track coordination issues, maintain issue logs, and support resolution workflows with project stakeholders
Assist with site scanning activities and support scanning hardware setup and workflows
Process and organize point cloud data for integration into BIM models
Support the integration of scan data into coordination and model validation workflows
Maintain documentation related to scanning procedures, data storage, and data management practices
Collaborate with project teams to gather information required for coordination activities
Support documentation of BIM processes, standards, and workflows
Maintain coordination logs, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards
Assist in preparing coordination views, reports, and project deliverables
Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) to manage data, reporting, and communication
Support development and maintenance of project BIM standards
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BIM and coordination workflows
Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned in support of commissioning and project objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of experience supporting both tool install and base build scopes within a mission-critical environment (e.g., semiconductor, data center, advanced manufacturing)
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly coordinated project environment
Familiarity with BIM software platforms and clash detection tools
Understanding of Common Data Environments (CDE) and model management best practices
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple coordination issues simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
Preferred
Bachelors engineering degree preferred
