Responsibilities
Lead and streamline day-to-day accounting operations across multiple locations
Oversee monthly close, consolidations, and financial reporting
Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
Manage and mentor local accounting teams
Drive standardization of policies and procedures across the platform
Support audit readiness and ensure GAAP compliance
Partner with leadership on systems optimization and reporting enhancements
Qualification
Required
CPA (required)
Public accounting experience (required)
Experience in a multi-entity / multi-location environment
Strong background in consolidations and GAAP reporting
Proven ability to streamline and professionalize accounting operations
Preferred
Experience in a Private Equity-backed environment strongly preferred
