Senior LevelGenesis10 is currently seeking a Delivery Lead with their client in the financial industry. The role involves driving project execution, managing funding and financial tracking, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Drive project execution from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
Manage and oversee funding and financial tracking for assigned initiatives
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain detailed tracking of milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Lead governance routines including PPRT and other reporting forums
Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation to support long term sustainability
Leverage JIRA to manage backlog, sprint tracking, and delivery metrics
Drive accountability across team members to meet commitments
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and enterprise delivery models
Experience managing funding and financial oversight within programs
Demonstrated ability to identify risk and implement mitigation strategies
Strong follow up discipline and accountability tracking skills
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement abilities
Inquisitive and proactive approach to understanding business and technical work
Preferred
Background in enterprise scale environments
PMP certification
SAFe certification
