Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of network automation solutions using Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform
Architect and maintain Ansible playbooks for Cisco and F5 network platforms
Integrate automation processes with ServiceNow for CMDB updates and change management workflows
Implement secure credential management solutions using CyberArk
Oversee version control and CI/CD workflows using GitLab
Build and manage emulated lab environments in EVE-NG for solution testing, validation, and proof of concepts
Produce comprehensive client-ready documentation including high-level and low-level design documents, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network and automation engineers
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable network automation designs
Troubleshoot complex network and automation issues across Cisco and F5 platforms
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform in enterprise environments
Strong professional experience with Cisco and F5 platforms
Experience integrating automation workflows with ServiceNow for CMDB and change management
Experience managing credential retrieval and secrets through CyberArk
Proficiency with GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipeline management
Experience designing and maintaining lab environments using EVE-NG
Proven ability to develop detailed, client-ready documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and knowledge base materials
Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, routing, switching, load balancing, and infrastructure automation
Demonstrated leadership experience guiding technical teams and projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients and stakeholders
