Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and supporting AWS-based infrastructure for multiple environments. Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters
Managing infrastructure using Terraform and enforce Infrastructure-as-Code best practices. Write automation scripts and tooling to reduce manual tasks and operational toil
Supporting CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and testing. Monitor system health, performance, and cost efficiency. Participate in occasional incident response and post-mortem reviews
Collaborating with development and QA teams to ensure smooth releases and reliable environments
Participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation and lead post-mortem reviews to ensure high system availability
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience
Demonstrate background with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
Display experience with Kubernetes administration and troubleshooting
Have knowledge of Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
Develop in Bash, Python, or Go
Understand CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid environment (onsite 2 days per week in San Jose)
