Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media, and other channels to generate new business opportunities
Qualify inbound marketing leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quota targets
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategy
Develop a strong understanding of iboss solutions, the competitive landscape, and customer pain points
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
