Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities in the US market, focusing on Scytale's InfoSec and compliance SaaS solutions
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, addressing their challenges and aligning Scytale’s offerings with their business needs
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique benefits and features of Scytale’s platform
Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market feedback and industry trends in the US
Oversee a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring seamless transitions from prospecting to closing
Consistently achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals, driving revenue and market expansion
Gather insights on customer needs and the competitive landscape to influence product enhancements and strategic planning
Utilize HubSpot CRM for accurate tracking, reporting, and pipeline management

Required

2–5 years of on-quota SaaS B2B sales experience as an Account Executive (or equivalent) in a competitive market
Proven success in exceeding sales targets within high-growth environments
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to source new opportunities through outbound efforts while effectively managing a high volume of leads
Prior experience in cloud security or compliance products is a strong advantage
Organized and methodical in managing the sales cycle and handling multiple opportunities simultaneously
Familiarity with sales tech tools, including HubSpot CRM
A team player with experience working across rapidly expanding, cross-functional environments
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic startup settings
Strong energy, transparency, and skills in fostering long-term client relationships

Preferred

Experience selling multi-product offerings
Background in cloud security or compliance products
Familiarity with sales methodologies for complex SaaS solutions
