Responsibilities

Administer, support, and optimize SAP modules across finance, operations, and supply chain
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable dashboards and insights using Power BI
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models (DAX, Power Query)
Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP and other systems to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline ERP workflows and improve system performance
Maintain data integrity, governance, and security within SAP and reporting environments
Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Troubleshoot ERP and reporting issues while providing end-user support and training
Partner with leadership to deliver data-driven insights that improve operational efficiency and financial visibility
Stay current on SAP functionality and Power BI advancements to recommend continuous improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP (ECC or S/4HANA preferred) or another enterprise ERP system
Strong experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Proficiency with DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices
Solid understanding of ERP-driven business processes in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language

Preferred

Experience with SQL and data extraction techniques preferred
