InternSwagelok is a worldwide leader in industrial fluid systems, and they are seeking an Engineering Intern for a 12-week summer internship program. The intern will gain hands-on experience by leading impactful projects focused on continuous improvement, quality enhancement, and safety measures while collaborating with associates and engaging with industry experts.

Responsibilities
Follow and apply company policies and procedures related to systems and processes supporting product performance
Manufacture, assemble, test and/or develop new or existing products
Properly document product manufacturing and/or assembly processes
Write, edit and evaluate technical documentation including test reports, lab results and other process/capability studies
Use data to drive continuous improvement solutions and process improvements
Use various software programs/packages including Microsoft Office, SolidWorks, Infinity QS, SAP, etc
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program; Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial & Systems, Chemical, Electrical, Automation or related field
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to work 10-12 weeks consecutively during the summer
Open to working one of our Northeast Ohio locations: Solon, Strongsville, Eastlake, Highland Hills, or Willoughby without relocation support
Preferred
Prior internship experience is preferred
SolidWorks knowledge
Analytical skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
