Responsibilities

Deliver to committed POR and customer agreements
Drive complex new Silicon platforms. Planning, tracking, support internal and customer SOW work, schedules, and partner requirements
Develops and maintains program schedules through production, customer milestone interlocks, project execution tracking, metrics
Work with customers, internal teams and management to plan and complete NVLINK Fusion AI infrastructure silicon solutions from concept to production
Technical cross-domain support for issue resolution to keep project on schedule, at spec and quality (IP, DFT, PD, Emulation, Firmware, Package, Post Silicon)
Work with internal and external partners to drive schedules, consensuses, and communication
Supports and encourages innovation while keeping execution on track
Project leadership and cross domain technical involvement

Required

Technical program management of complex 3/5nm SOC's with high perf ARM subsystems, AI/GPU, DDR and Networking IP and advanced packaging
Experience leading programs from Concept and SOW through IP/SOC development, TO, Post-Silicon through Production
Cross domain technical leadership of IP/SOC Design, Verification, Emulation, Software/Firmware, Platforms, Post-Silicon validation
Experienced with customer facing programs and technical planning
Negotiates IP, SOC technical solutions to meet project needs with internal teams and external partners
Drives cross-functional silicon program execution to meet customer commitments
Drives innovation in project leadership through AI predictive and analytics methods to reduce effort and time to market
Bachelor's Degree or Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of industry experience
