Responsibilities
Set up, load and operate equipment
Maintain and clean machines before and after shift
Ensure raw materials are ready and available
Perform preventative maintenance procedures
Troubleshoot equipment and make machine adjustments as required to maintain quality standards and process conditions
Maintain ISO – 9001 Standards
Perform all duties in a safe manner; support all safety and environmental rules and environmental initiatives
Participate in Lean initiatives to provide ongoing continuous improvement ideas for products, process, and procedures
Qualification
Required
2 Years' Experience Operating Industrial Equipment
Experience operating equipment
Experience with operating hand held tools
Self-starter, motivated, team work spirit, organized, pro-active, confident and persistent in meeting goals
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Heavy (Lifting 75 lbs. Frequently & Climbing)
Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach
Visual and aural acuity
