Responsibilities

Ensure high‑quality services to children and youth with emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges, supporting families in stabilizing youth in home and community environments
Support staff in working with families to improve problem‑solving, limit setting, communication, risk management/safety planning, and effective patterns of interaction
Oversee the work of Therapeutic Mentors, including supervising weekly staff meetings and providing weekly supervision, training, coaching, and ongoing support
Oversee staff progress notes, safety planning tools, and all documentation required by program performance specifications
Monitor staff productivity using the appropriate tracking tools
Lead weekly supervision groups for the Therapeutic Mentoring program and attend Care Plan Team or other system meetings as needed
Provide consultation on challenging or complex client issues
Act as a liaison with collateral agencies, maintaining relationships that support children and family growth; act as an advocate and support parents in self‑advocacy
Maintain relationships with local service providers, including ESP/Mobile Crisis Intervention, to ensure coordinated care
Communicate with clients and providers when necessary to address staff performance concerns or program‑level issues
Maintain charting and documentation standards consistent with HIPAA, MCE requirements, and organizational procedures; assist in training and monitoring staff compliance
Meet weekly with the Director of Community-Based Services for supervision
Provide clinical training, supervision, and support to CBHI Supervisors and assigned staff
Meet with supervisees to develop and implement annual performance goals
Assist with billing, data reporting, and MABHA reporting as needed
Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by leadership

Required

Must be at least 21 years of age
Master's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or Counseling (accredited institution)
Clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
Minimum five years' experience with the target population, including three years in a management role
Knowledge of the needs of the population served and of appropriate interventions
Skilled at engagement and committed to partnering with parents, families, and youth
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work collaboratively across organizational levels
Basic computer proficiency, including internet navigation and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently or within a team setting to provide leadership, support, and group facilitation
Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule, including on‑call support during crises
Must have a valid driver's license
Background and driving record checks required
