Required

Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience implementing process improvements in manufacturing environments
Knowledge of GMP regulations, Quality Management Systems, and workplace safety standards
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practical process improvement techniques
Project management experience, including budget control and vendor management
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and control systems
Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation (SOPs, validation protocols, work instructions)
Strong financial acumen for investment justification and cost-benefit analysis
Advanced knowledge of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Experience in equipment commissioning, validation (IQ, OQ, PQ), and training
Ability to lead multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize high-mix production environments
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) with ability to work with stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical software applications
Ability to work in a regulated environment and maintain strict compliance standards
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future, without sponsorship
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening

Preferred

Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related technical field)
Experience with PLC programming and control systems (Rockwell, Allen Bradley, Siemens) preferred
