Level II Proposal Analyst - Material - Onsite

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the development, analysis and completion of material proposals
Work with other functions from across the company to understand and evaluate the material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and the associated program
Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools
Lead the development of Material Basis of Estimates to include tracking progress, validating and analyzing supplier quotes and Purchase Order History, ensuring consistency across the program, and confirming the estimating approach is sound
Ensure proposals comply with all FAR and internal requirements
Assess, develop and implement solutions leading to a thorough material package
Perform detailed and complex analysis of inputs to ensure soundness in our material estimates

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), (TINA) and/or other Government Procurement regulations as they pertain to Bid/Cost proposal
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
