Responsibilities
Learn and document key challenges faced by manufacturers across operations, supply chain, planning, and production
Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes
Partner with Product Management to translate manufacturing challenges into use cases and product concepts
Assist in product delivery activities such as user interviews, requirement gathering, and value analysis
Help define problem statements, success metrics, and high-level solution approaches
Create clear documentation, presentations, and summaries to communicate insights and recommendations
Stay informed on AI trends and how they apply to manufacturing and enterprise software
Qualification
Required
Curiosity and drive to explore real-world manufacturing challenges
Ability to document key challenges faced by manufacturers across operations, supply chain, planning, and production
