Responsibilities
Lead data-driven strategies for fraud detection and prevention across various platforms
Develop insights and reporting mechanisms to analyze and mitigate fraud at scale
Define and evaluate key performance metrics, including the effectiveness of machine learning models
Influence and guide experimentation and measurement strategies to enhance decision-making processes
Create insightful dashboards for stakeholders to visualize data and trends effectively
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in analytics with a strong focus on data science
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling
Expertise in designing experiments and conducting power analysis
Solid understanding of machine learning models and their evaluation
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions from concept to execution
Preferred
Experience with ETL frameworks and large-scale data modeling
Background in Trust & Safety analytics
Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage critical programs
