Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of devices
Flash firmware/software onto devices
Conduct lab testing and validation
Perform box testing of packaged devices
Assist in field testing and installation at customer homes
Identify, document, and report defects
Ensure devices meet quality and functional expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in manual device testing
Hands-on experience in flashing devices
Lab testing exposure
Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting
1–2 years of relevant experience (Diploma holders acceptable)
Preferred
Hands-on hardware tester
Comfortable working in lab environments
Open to fieldwork and installations
Detail-oriented and reliable
