Responsibilities
Manage strategic DevSecOps customer engagements from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives
Develop and implement standardized process templates, deployment plans, and project documentation for consistent service delivery
Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge base of best practices, guidelines, and standards for DevSecOps services
Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to conduct project check-ins, identify process improvements, and manage preemptive escalations
Track team utilization, capacity forecasting, and project budgets using Salesforce and other tracking systems to optimize resource allocation
Establish measurable KPIs and reporting metrics to monitor delivery performance, response times, and process efficiency
Conduct regular process assessments to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes that enhance delivery quality
Collaborate with technical leadership to identify gaps, implement governance frameworks, and drive operational excellence

Qualification
Required
2-5 years of project management experience in Application Security, Cloud Security, or Vulnerability Management environments
Some experience with technical program management preferred
Proven track record delivering secure, high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Strong familiarity with DevSecOps tools, technologies, and service delivery best practices
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Strong technical writing and presentation skills for documentation, client engagement, and process artifacts
Sedentary work
Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
Preferred
Some experience with technical program management preferred
