Lead the planning and execution of projects ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee project invoicing processes to ensure accurate and timely billing
Provide expertise in project planning to develop comprehensive project plans that guide execution
Implement project estimation techniques to forecast resources and timelines effectively
Monitor project tracking systems to ensure progress aligns with planned schedules
Ensure project time management practices are adhered to for timely delivery
Drive project quality management initiatives to maintain high standards of deliverables
Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure project objectives are met
Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on project success
Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial objectives are met
Facilitate Scrum meetings and Agile practices to enhance team collaboration and productivity
Engage in project stakeholder management to ensure stakeholder needs and expectations are met
Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently
Utilize MS Project for effective project scheduling and resource management
Apply Agile PLM methodologies to streamline product lifecycle processes
Qualification
Required
Possess extensive experience in project invoicing planning and estimation
Demonstrate proficiency in project tracking and time management
Exhibit strong skills in project quality and scope management
Have a solid understanding of project risk management strategies
Show expertise in project cost and budget management
Be skilled in Scrum and Agile methodologies
Have experience in project stakeholder management
Be proficient in MS Project for project scheduling
Certifications Required: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Preferred
Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management domain
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
Adaptability to day shift work schedule
