Financial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute regular reports and pay statements to our advisors and their teams
Manage and process agency bills, utilities, and reimbursements. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain accurate databases of agency and advisor information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks as needed. Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in bookkeeping and data entry (QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Prioritizes organization with an emphasis on attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, deadline-oriented environment
