Responsibilities

Serve as the senior technology leader overseeing all tech-related integration activities across identity, messaging, end‑user devices, applications, CRM, and other IT domains
Develop the end‑to‑end integration blueprint, including milestones, dependencies, resource planning, and governance structures
Drive execution of integration plans through to completion, ensuring delivery of all key technical workstreams
Act as a collaborative partner to business and technology stakeholders; work closely with the CTO and report into the central Integration team
Ensure seamless change management by balancing compliance, operational integrity, and a smooth user experience across both organizations
Prioritize integration activities based on division‑level strategic business goals and criticality
Partner with technology owners across all service areas (DWS, Identity, Applications, Infrastructure, etc.) to lead successful discovery, planning, and execution

Required

Strong background in M&A technology integration —hands‑on execution experience is essential
Broad technology leadership experience covering identity, messaging, end-user computing, applications, CRM, and enterprise systems
Proven ability to lead complex technology integration programs, including planning, governance, and delivery oversight
Ability to operate across two parallel environments while incorporating compliance, risk, and employee experience into integration decisions
Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, including CTO and cross-functional tech teams
Strong decision-making, prioritization, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with CMT (Communications, Media & Technology) clients is a plus
