Responsibilities
Mental Health Technicians work directly with patients to provide support and hope
Position requires up to a week of new employee orientation and the availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Providing excellent care, comfort, and security to the patients and families you treat, at their most vulnerable times
Qualification
Required
Good communication and relationship skills including the ability to set boundaries, hold confidences, establish and maintain trust
Experience working with people struggling with mental health or substance use and/or pursuing a degree in nursing, psychology, sociology, pre-med, social work, counseling or other behavioral science related majors
Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Ability to commute to Fargo, ND 58103
Ability to relocate to Fargo, ND 58103 before starting work
