Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining accurate contract exclusion records utilizing Salesforce from various sources internally and externally
Facilitating the exchange of exclusion records to internal and external parties
Ensuring proper exclusion record alignment with external parties
Qualification
Required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Nested If Statements, PivotTables, XLookups, etc
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity
1-3 years' experience working with large data sets including gathering, interpreting, and disseminating information
Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Business Intelligence Software experience a plus
