IT Support Technician 1
Campus Usa Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Technician 1 to provide high-quality, responsive service and technical support for their information technology systems. This entry-level role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with hardware and software configuration, and supporting day-to-day IT operations under the guidance of experienced team members.

Responsible for front-line phone, email, and service desk support ticket requests for phone, network, workstations, software, and other systems
Assists with hardware lifecycle activities, including workstation deployment, maintenance, upgrades, troubleshooting, repair, and decommissioning; may include travel to remote Service Centers as needed
Works with end users and vendors to diagnose and resolve service desk tickets and incidents and escalates to higher level staff when necessary; follows up with end users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Supports the creation and maintenance of internal IT documentation, procedures, and solution references
Assures prompt response and resolution of member support requests in accordance with established service level expectations
Participates in continuous professional development by building technical skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience
Ensures all hardware and software is properly secured, up to date, and scanned for security vulnerabilities prior to deployment
Ensures all end-user devices with admin configuration access (remote) are password protected using the minimum password requirements. (Printers, Kiosks, etc.)
Practices secure data handling procedures as sensitive data may be accessible; a significant level of trust is required
Completes established goals, daily tasks, and project deliverables on time and to specification
Performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school OR Extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program
0 - 2 years of similar or related experience
