Responsibilities
Engineer process improvements to reduce losses, boost efficiency and sustainability, and improve cost, safety, and quality
Track and present process performance at daily meetings
Take ownership of operational losses and lead root cause analyses
Identify opportunities for improvement and plan, facilitate, or lead execution
Collaborate with global engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
Provide technical support during product scale-up and troubleshooting
Prepare and maintain flow diagrams, P&IDs, SOPs, and operating manuals
Support CAPEX and innovation projects with technical documentation
Coach and educate colleagues in continuous improvement methods
Qualification
Required
5 plus years of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or continuous improvement working experience
Excellent root cause analyses and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly understand production processes
Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry
Experience in continuous improvement
Strong technical knowledge of production equipment (e.g. pumps, valves, separators, heat exchangers)
Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships
A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with attention to detail
Preferred
Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
5+ years of experience in a similar role
