Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other billing information to customers
Review estimates to verify the parts for customer quotes are correct and all pricing is in line with the quote
Make sure all parts are billed on service repair order
Prepare quotes and submit invoices to customers, ensuring the right information is on the invoice
Ensure customers are billed correctly for the services provided
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure the accuracy of billing information
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end process of price quoting
Write and prepare effective, compliant, and high-quality price quotes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing processes are efficient and effective
Maintain customer rapport by explaining quotes and obtaining approval of estimates
Utilize Salesforce.com as the primary tool to manage assigned Quote queue, responding to incoming quote requests from customers in a timely manner. Update required fields in Salesforce.com case once quote is processed and sent to customer
May use additional secondary systems including Auto integrate, Holman and Element for fleet management quoting/billing
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
One (1) year to Two (2) years or more in Customer Service Experience, Required
