The intern will be responsible for various tasks including document scanning, routing documents for approval, and assisting with regulatory inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

Document scanning and archival
Route documents for approval in the Veeva Quality Management System
Logbook and protocol issuance and verification
Generate metrics
PowerPoint creation
Generate meeting minutes
Periodic review tracking
Assist with training curriculum verification
Support in creating complaint intake procedure
Support regulatory inspection preparation for the site
Undertake any other duties as required

Required

Enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in bioengineering
Strong PC literacy required; MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail
