Responsibilities
Lead program management across multiple analytics products and initiatives
Drive portfolio governance, program reporting, and executive readouts
Prepare and present senior leadership / executive-level status updates
Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
Partner with analytics, IT, and business teams to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT Program Management experience
Strong experience supporting Analytics, Data, BI, or Reporting teams
Proven experience working with senior executives / leadership
Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and reporting
Experience in large enterprise environments
Ability to work onsite in Detroit 4 days per week
Preferred
Manufacturing or enterprise domain experience
Exposure to quality, cost optimization, or performance analytics
Agile / SAFe delivery experience
