Responsibilities
Lead NPI programs from R&D handover through commercialization and launch
Develop and manage detailed cross-functional project plans (schedule, risk log, action log, RACI, budget)
Coordinate global teams, suppliers, and third parties
Manage technical transfers, product maintenance, and process improvements
Track milestones, budgets, and performance metrics
Drive compliance, quality, and cost-effective execution
Provide leadership updates using established governance processes
Qualification
Required
PMI (PMP) Certified
10–15 years of experience in medical device and pharma industry
Operations and product development experience in devices / combination products
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (strong facilitation experience)
Strong Program & Project Management expertise (Microsoft Project proficiency)
Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
Preferred
Design control and validation knowledge
Device manufacturing and plant-level operations support
Commercial launch experience
Global program coordination across time zones
