Responsibilities
Collaborate with CTIT BPC team members, IT resources, and business stakeholders to evaluate and optimize business processes
Support process owners in defining value propositions, streamlining operations, and identifying automation opportunities
Contribute to the design of robust, scalable application solutions
Manage support tickets including incidents, change requests, and general inquiries
Document all resolutions in the helpdesk system
Provide guidance to users to ensure effective use of system functionality
Ensure system integrity across all application changes and enhancements
Perform necessary configuration changes in alignment with SOX, SOD, and related compliance policies
Lead end‑to‑end change management activities including development coordination, testing (unit, integration, non‑regression), user acceptance, documentation, training, and user enablement
Deliver or coordinate project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, configuration, testing, training, cutover planning, and go‑live support
Maintain accurate documentation throughout all project phases
Support project managers as needed regarding budget, quality, and timeliness
Manage small to medium‑scale projects
Oversee project resources and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and quality expectations
Recommend and develop internal methodologies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in science, IT, finance, engineering, OR 10 years of relevant experience
8+ years of experience Supporting or implementing SAP Production Planning & Manufacturing solutions, including Variant Configuration
5+ years of industry experience in manufacturing/production environments
Participation in at least 2 full-scale SAP implementations (ECC or S/4HANA) Experience across blueprint, design, build, test, deploy, and support; includes team lead role in Production Planning
Preferred
Master's Degree in IT, supply chain, or engineering with relevant experience
Exposure to latest IT digital trends familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to SAP and digital transformation
