Human Resources Administrative Assistant
LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our client's Human Resources team in a part-time capacity. This onsite role involves providing general administrative support, assisting with onboarding and offboarding tasks, and maintaining HR databases.

Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including preparing new hire packets, collecting documentation, and maintaining personnel files
Support HR processes such as benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance tracking
Maintain HR databases and ensure employee records are accurate and up to date
Process confidential documents including letters, memos, and internal communications
Assist with tracking HR-related metrics, reports, and documentation as assigned
Respond to employee inquiries and route questions to the appropriate HR team member
Support ongoing projects and contribute to process improvements within the HR function
Qualification
Required
1–2+ years of administrative or HR administrative experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document handling
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience within HR or familiarity with HR processes is a plus
