Responsibilities

Perform quantitative liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry analysis of synthetic molecules and peptides from in vitro and in vivo biological matrices
Support ADME bioassays and pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies through accurate data generation and interpretation
Operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry instrumentation
Review, process, and quantify analytical data using approved software platforms
Maintain clear, complete, and compliant documentation including electronic laboratory notebooks, methods, and protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional scientific teams in a dynamic research environment

Required

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biology, pharmacology, or a related field, with relevant laboratory experience
Hands-on experience with quantitative bioanalysis using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry techniques
Experience reviewing, processing, and interpreting analytical data with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-throughput environment

Preferred

Master's degree in a scientific discipline
Familiarity with automated liquid handling or sample preparation platforms
Knowledge of ADME, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and bioassays
Experience working in a regulated or research-driven laboratory setting
